  7. Moved several models' S7/S11 settings to the init string from NRAM.
  8. Some modems do not store the speed and wait settings in NRAM.  This
  9. should speed up a modem or two.  Added pauses to several of these
  10. to allow for better initializing.

  14. Cardinal 9600 v.32
  15. USR Sportster 2400 MNP
  16. VivaModem 24m
  17. Incomm Classic 2400
  18.  
  19. Corrected Ventel 2400-33 (same type as the Pathfinder had).
  20. Corrected UDS v.32 modem (NRAM settings modified)

  22. FINALLY fixed the Zoom problem.   It was an extraneous character at the
  23. end of the string; it simply looked natural there, and we missed it.

  28. No changes to MODEMCFG.EXE this time (finally!).   Version 1.03 is the
  29. current version of MODEMCFG.EXE.

  31. Fixed a typo in the Ventel Pathfinder.

  33. Zoom modems changed X4 to X3, since some versions of the modems do NOT
  34. support X4.   This should finally cure the Zoom init error problems.

  36. CTS Datacomm fixed typo (^C1 to &C1) -- should now work.

  38. Found an extra record in the file that was causing display errors in the
  39. Incomm 2400EC area.   Fixed.

  41. Dropped the DTE rates for the following modems back to 4800:  Cardinal
  42. 2400 MNP and Everex 24+.    Should allow for much more reliable
  43. operation.

  45. Fixed a minor typo and rearranged the order of options on the Intel.

  47. Practical Peripherals 2400SA's had an error in their documentation.
  48. Correction made to the string to allow proper DTR operation (i.e. no
  49. more "hangup failed").

  97. were set to active simultaneously.    While this would not affect
  98. connect rates, it might affect throughput by a few cps.

  100. Allowed for a bug in one revision of the ATI 2400 etc/e v.42 where the
  101. &F2 directive incorrectly set the v.42 &K register to 2 rather than 3
  102. where it should be for v.42 handshaking.   Fixed by explicitly adding
  103. &K3 to the NRAM settings.
